FINANCE DEPARTMENT

The Finance Department has 2 employees and is responsible for all the financial activities of the City. This includes the day-to-day management of all the city's financial operations, internal controls over financial operations, and reporting of financial information:
• Depositing cash receipts
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Processing payroll
• Financial Reporting; including monthly financial reports and
   annual financial statements
• Working with the State Auditor's Office
• Managing Investments
• Budgeting
• Revenue and expenditure forecasting
• Managing long term debt; including Bonds and Public Work Trust
• Fund Loans
• Internal audit functions
