A.L.E.R.T. TEAM

The Law Enforcement Agencies of Snohomish County recognize the need for a unified response to any unusual occurrence. The combined resources, expertise and professionalism of each agency are demonstrated by the formation of A.L.E.R.T., which is an acronym for Allied Law Enforcement Response Team.
It is the mission of the Allied Law Enforcement Response Team to provide professional, efficient response to civil disorder, providing protection of life and property for the citizens of Snohomish County
through
a cooperative effort
of the police agencies
in Snohomish County, sharing resources for a
common goal.
The Lake Stevens Police Department currently has three officers assigned to the Allied Law Enforcement Response Team. Officers from Lake Stevens partner with the Marysville Police Department and Arlington Police Department to form a squad of approximately 14 officers.
